Are there order minimums?

For Screen Printing there is a 12 shirt minimum. For Embroidery there is no minimum, we accept individual or bulk order amounts.

How do I get my logo or design ready for screen printing or embroidery?

You can email us a copy of your logo or design for screen printing or embroidery.

What if I don’t have a logo or design?

We offer logo and design services and can execute designs in house.

What is the turn around time for an order?

Orders typically take 10-14 business days after design approval. We do have the ability to rush orders if needed, there is a rush fee that is applied, call for pricing on rush orders.

Do I need to bring in my own items or do you sell apparel?

We do both! We offer the ability to buy first grade quality products through our apparel catalogs or you can bring your own items in to be embroidered or screen printed. We recommend buying clothing and accessories through us, as we can easily replace any item that gets lost or damaged through our trusted vendors.

How much does it cost?

In order to give a cost amount, we need to first take a look at the artwork you have in mind to determine how many colors are in it, need to know what kind of article of clothing, what sizes needed, amount of clothing, and how many locations the artwork will be on.

Are there any set up charges?

Yes, he set up charge for screen printing is $15 per screen for new orders and the set up charge for embroidery is $25 for new orders.

Do you ship? Is there a shipping fee or do you offer free shipping?

We do ship, shipping fee is determined when order is ready to ship. We don’t offer free shipping.

Do you deliver?

Yes we deliver for free within a 25 mile radius.

What is the order cancelation process?

Because it is a custom order once order has begun there is no cancellation.

When the order is placed.
